1. Acceptance

By accessing and using Breve, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Breve is a lead-sheet and practice app — jazz, bossa nova, samba, blues and other standards, with harmonic analysis and a metronome.

3. Account and access

Browsing requires no account. To save favorites, you create an account with email and password, or sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your password and account secure and for activity on your account.

• Provide a valid email.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

4. Minors

Breve is not directed to children under 13. We recommend guardian supervision for users under 18.

5. Intellectual property

Compositions belong to their respective owners. Breve provides tools for access and study (chord charts and analysis) and claims no ownership over third-party works.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Using the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service.
• Redistributing, copying, or reselling the app's content.
• Creating fake or automated accounts.
• Transmitting spam or malicious content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you when appropriate. You can close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
